1. Services

Pindola provides website design and AI receptionist services. All services are provided "as-is." We work hard to deliver high-quality results, but we make no guarantees about specific outcomes such as traffic, leads, or revenue. Your results may vary.

2. Payment Terms

One-time fees (such as website design) are due upon project completion and are non-refundable once the site is delivered and approved.

Subscription fees (such as AI Receptionist) are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

3. Ownership

You own all content you provide for your website — including text, photos, logos, and branding. Upon full payment, we grant you a perpetual license to use the website we build for your business.

4. Portfolio Use

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio, on our website, and in marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing. If you'd prefer we not feature your site, just let us know — we respect your privacy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pindola's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
